Vietnam Cycle Challenge 2009
The Royal Marsden Hospital Cancer Campaign
I would like to give a big thankyou to Family, Friends and Work Colleagues for all of their support and help and a big thankyou to everybody else who has generously sponsored me. Special thanks to all at Forest Research .
A big thankyou goes to John Terry (Chelsea and England captain) for the signed shirts that helped raise around £450. Unfortunatley, Chelsea FC would not help in anyway, due to their policy on charities.
The ride itself was from Hanoi to Sapa, in the north of Vietnam. It was 50-100km per day and approx 660km or 410miles in total and so far I have raised around £2,800!

I am now back from Vietnam and have completed the cycle challenge, it was definitley a challenge including some savage hills. It was a truly memorable experience and thanks to all of the other participants, leaders and guides who made it such a great and fun experience.
